No, all prices are VAT exclusive and transport exclusive.

For all companies registered within the EU, we request an active VAT number so we can invoice intra-EU. If not 21% Belgian VAT will be added to the invoice. 

After placing your order online, you will receive an automated email with your Web Order overview and invitation to pay an advance.
After receipt of the advance payment, we will confirm and process your order. When the goods are ready for transport, you will be invited to settle the balance. Please let us know your preferred delivery schedule.
No, our delivery conditions are ExWorks (EXW), but we can organize transport for you. The transport cost will be added on the final invoice.

After receipt of the advance payment, your order will be picked and packed. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an invitation to pay the balance amount. After receipt your goods will be released.
By bank transfer or by credit card. At the moment credit card payments are done on the phone. Please call your sales representative at +32 201 25 94.
You will need to pay 50% in advance to confirm your order and reserve your goods.
The balance amount needs to be settled before release of the goods.

Most of our export clients use their own forwarder, but we are more than happy to organize and help you with the export shipment.
All orders will be transported and delivered under the incoterm ExWorks (EXW - place of delivery).
Yes, you can. After placing and settling an order.
No, we don't provide a cash and carry service at the moment.
Price depends on weight, volume and final delivery address. Within the EU the prices vary approximately between 5 to 10% of your order value.
You will get an estimated rate on placing an order. The final cost will be calculated and settled with the balance payment.

      It depends on the delivery address, but we immediately start picking and packing the order after receipt of your advance payment. After receipt of the balance payment, your order can leave our warehouse in 24 hrs. We will inform you when the goods were picked up and give you an estimated time of arrival.  The entire process from payment to delivery within the EU will take minimum 7 working days.

Yes, in step 2 of the online order, you can change the delivery address. Or let us know by email.
Although our delivery conditions are EXW, please send us an email within 7 days with pictures so we can assess the damage.
